Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns & exchanges unless we have sent the wrong products to you or the products are defective or damaged not due to shipping. If the product was shipped to you incorrectly due to company error, we will swiftly send you a replacement.

Once your request has been approved, we will arrange for our delivery service provider to pick up the products from you; or you may return the product by using the courier service.Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and It will take 2 – 3 working days for us to proceed and send out your order.
**Important Note : The products should be returned in its original condition.
