Oolong Tea

Oolong Tea is a Partially Fermented Tea that undergoes Wilting, Bruising, Oxidation, Panning Fixation, Shaping, Drying and Curing Process. Oolong Tea liquor should be transparent and render a bright and pleasant amber colour. However, as fermentation degree and processing method varies, the tea liquor can yield various colours between yellow-green and reddish brown, ranging from tender green, dark green, light yellow, bright yellow, golden yellow, orange yellow, orange red, to reddish brown.

乌龙茶(青茶)是经萎凋、摇青、摊青、杀青、整形、干燥、烤焙工序制作而成的半发酵茶。乌龙茶茶汤一般为透亮的的琥珀色, 但随着发酵程度和工艺的差异,茶汤颜色可介于黄绿和红褐之间,有嫩绿色、墨绿色、淡黄色、明黄色、金黄色、橙黄色、橙红色、红褐色不等。

 

萌帝乌龙茶包括以乌龙茶关键工序-做青而成的乌龙茶,以及在乌龙茶制作基础上进行焙火的铁观音和岩茶,再按产区和工艺分成乌龙茶、铁观音、观音王、茶王、黄金桂、水仙、老枞水仙。按品质和需求分成四个组别:典雅、大雅、高雅、文雅。其中又分散茶、小包装和袋泡茶包装,让大家各取所好。
