Dark Tea

Dark Tea is a Post Fermented Tea that undergoes Tedding, Panning Fixation, Shaping, Piling, selectable Re-Shaping, and Drying Process. Dark Tea liquor should be transparent and render a bright and pleasant orange red colour. However, as fermentation degree and processing method varies, the tea liquor can yield various colours between orange and dark brown, ranging from light orange, orange, orange red, dark red, reddish brown, brown to dark brown.

 

MONTEA has a list of DARK TEA namely Liubao, Liubao King, Pu’er and Hubei Dark which underwent typical post-fermentation Dark Tea making process, in the form of loose-leaf tea, pressed-tea, easy-pack and teabags ranging Classic, Daily, Gold Label, Signature and Premium. Some of ours dark tea which went through special pressing and shaping steps to form a unique appearance like ‘Tuo Cha’, ‘Tea Brick’, and ‘Tea Cake’, are specialty goods which you should not missed.

 

黑茶是经摊青、杀青、初整形、渥堆、或复整形、干燥工序制作而成的后发酵茶。黑茶茶汤一般为透亮的的橙红色, 但随着发酵程度和压制工艺的差异,茶汤颜色可介于橙色和褐色之间,有浅橙色、橙色、橙红色、暗红色、红褐色、褐色、暗褐色不等。

 

萌帝黑茶主要有以黑茶关键工序-渥堆而成的黑茶,以及在黑茶制作基础上进行后发酵的成品,按产区和工艺分成六堡茶、普洱茶、湖北黑茶。按品质和需求分成五个组别:典雅、大雅、高雅、文雅、小雅。其中又分散茶、沱茶、砖茶、茶饼和袋泡茶包装,让大家各取所好。
