Steamed Prawns with Montéa "Oolong" Tea

萌蒂乌龙蒸明虾

Ingredients:

• 200g fresh prawns
• 2 eggs white
• ½ tsp corn flour
• 5g Montéa “Oolong” tea leaves
• 100ml hot water

Seasoning:

• ½ tsp salt
• ½ tbsp pepper
• ½ tsp sugar
• 1 tbsp shallot oil

Method:

Pour boiling water in tea leave, soak and strain it. Set it aside.

• Wash prawns and discard stomach. Pour some tea liquid and let it marinade for about 15minutes. Drain it and arrage prawns in a steaming plate.

Mix all the ingrediants with seasoning and 3 tbsp of tea liquids and pour it over prawns. Steam at preheated steamer for 4-5 minutes over high heat, remove and serve.  

材料:

• 200克 明虾 / 中虾
• 2粒 蛋白
• ½ 小匙 粟粉
• 5克 萌帝牌乌龙茶叶
• 100毫升 沸水

调味料:

• ½ 小匙 盐
• ½ 小匙 胡椒粉
• ½ 小匙 糖
• ½ 大匙 葱油

做法:

• 把茶叶冲入沸水浸泡成茶叶待用。

• 把虾洗净在虾背割开除去虾泥,倒入适量茶汁浸泡15分钟取出滤干待用。

把虾排在盘上将其余材料加入调味料拌均匀后倒在虾中。置入预热蒸笼4-5分钟即可。
